DEPOSITS
A non-refundable deposit of $10 is required to book, which will go towards your service.
Late Policy
Please arrive on time. I allow a 10 MIN grace period. Anything after wil be charged $10 late fee.
Squeeze-ins/ Same day fee: $25
RESCEDULING
Please plan ahead. I will not rush.
To reschedule appointments please reach out.
You are allowed to reschedule ONCE using the same deposit.
Come to your appointment with a CLEAN set of natural lashes. No make up or mascara.
I do not work over other artist work.
A $10 removal will be needed if so.

CANCELLATION POLICY
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please reach out within 24HRS to avoid fees.
Same day cancellations will result in a 50% inconvenience fee.
No call/No show will result in being banned from Mimi's Mastery PERMANENTLY.
You will be charged 100% inconvenience fee. Refunds are not available for any service.
